Hello, I have an iPhone 15, running iOS 26.1, have the latest version of the Ring App on my phone (XX.XX.XX.XX) and have an active Ring subscription.   

Notifications have been working for me for years and all of a sudden they just stopped.  I have a doorbell and two ring cameras which are functioning fine and have great Wifi signal.   I get alerts when logged into the web app, but nothing on my phone App.  

I have performed the following steps to troubleshoot and nothing has resolved my issue.  Please help!

• Restarted Ring App
• Rebooted iPhone
• Checked for iOS or App updates
• Went into History and saw that the cameras were in fact picking up motion and saving it in history in the app and on the web.
• Went to the web app and ensured notifications were enabled.   Web notifications WORK.  Still no App notifications.
• Checked that motion alerts, Motion Detection and Ring alerts were on for my doorbell - and checked that motion detection and motion alerts were on for my ring cameras. 
• Verified that Armed/Disarmed mode settings were not enabled in Ring App
• Verified that Alerts snooze was not enabled in Ring App
• Turned off Apple intelligence alerts in the Ring App
• Rebooted all three devices from the app
• Checked iPhone for focus settings.  None were enabled but I went ahead and placed the Ring App was added as ‘allow notifications’ in each of the modes.
• Went to the Ring app in Settings and Verified that Allow Notifications was enabled. 
• Deleted and reinstalled Application.   Reverified all settings above.
• Completely Powered off Ring Devices by turning off power and removing batteries.
• Installed Ring app on another iPhone and logged in.  Still no notifications on new or old iPhone Ring App
