Problem with setup of Spotlight Cam Plus. Existing location not find. App asks me to create a new location.
Trying to setup a Spotlight Cam Plus. After scanning the QR code on the device as directed by the app during setup, the app asks me to create a new location. I already have five other devices in the current location. The current location is not shown. My only option is to create a new location. I want to connect the cam to my existing location.
Using Android with Ring app 4.6 installed. Cam was updated.
How does this problem get fixed?
