I called Saturday 10/24/26 and was told the persistent "resume premium features" pop-up banner would be removed within three business days. It has not been removed.  

I put up with this since early September as a new device was installed, which failed and was replaced.  Now I’m putting up with his banner again for another 45 days.

The Banner changes wording after 30 days stating that premium has ended learn how to restore it.

This pro-trial and popup needs to be removed.  Tell me what further I need to do to escalate this.
