Hi @jaywohlfeld. Is this notification coming from the Neighbors app, or a device labeled Neighbors? If it's a device, you can adjust your Notification settings. If it's from the Neighbors app, you'll need to adjust your feed settings. Let me know, or share a screenshot and I can give you the correct directions.

Found this during a search of the same annoyance.

I now get DOUBLE notifications for my ring cameras. One from the Ring app and one from the Neighbors app. How the heck do we stop the notification from the Neighbors app without disabling all Neighbors notifications? I want notifications from other people from the Neighbors app but NOT my own cameras. I already get those notifications from the Ring app.

Hi @Chuck_IV. What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app is installed? Can you share a screenshot of the double notifications you are getting?

I have a Samsung Z Fold 6 with Ring app version 3.100.2

This is what I get(I blanked out the screenshot portion of the Ring notification). I do NOT want the second notification from Neighbors on that screenshot but I cannot find a way in Neighbors to turn off JUST my own Ring notifications. I want notifications from other people's postings but do NOT want notifications of activity at my own place.

Hi @Chuck_IV. First, try adjusting your Feed Options for your Neighbors app. You can do this here. What happens when you tap on the Neighbors app notification? Where does it take you?
