Motion detection settings
Ring will not save changes to motion detection in the mode settings. I receive an error message to try again later. It occurs for any device in any mode.
Already tried turning off vpn, restarting phone, downloading app again, taking with advanced customer service for over an hour.

CHi @user_56e873. If possible, can you please share a short screen recording that shows you receiving this error message after trying to adjust the motion detection? Additionally, if you check the app store, do you have an update for the Ring app available?

CHi @user_56e873. I followed the steps you listed on my iPhone, with Ring app version 5.105.1, and was unable to reproduce the error message. Any changes I made to motion detection within the Modes settings saved successfully. You mentioned that you're on Ring app version 5.105.0, so check the app store on your phone to see if there is an update available for the Ring app.
If there is no Ring app update, or this issue still persists after updating your app, I would recommend following up with our social support team to troubleshoot this further. You can get in touch by sending a private message @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram. Including a link to this post in your message would be helpful as well.
