Motion alerts will not stop
My husband is the account owner and all our cameras are shared with me. Our kitchen camera has been on a schedule for years that only pushes motion notifications at night. For some reason in the last week, my phone started getting the schedule wrong and pushing me notifications during the day. We sat on the phone for like an hour with support troubleshooting settings on both our phones (my husbands notifications are fine) and thought it was resolved but it started up again minutes later. Since I am not the owner, I cannot set my own schedule and currently the device schedule isn’t even turned on but my account is not recognizing that.

I would suggest resetting the device and reconnecting it to wifi. Be sure that you are not using Modes, which can affect notifications.

Also, make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app installed on your phone.
