Mode status not available on app
modes
Mode status is not working on the ring app for iOS. It just says loading mode status but does not show the true status. I am unable to arm or disarm the alarm via the app. I can only change mode status through the keypad. I have made sure that there are not any updates for the ring app in the App Store. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it. Is there anyone else having this issue?
