iPhone app not working
troubleshooting
Since the iPhone update to iOS 26 my Ring app has stopped working. I deleted it and reinstalled it. Now when I try to log into my account I get an error page.

Hi @user_40ac6c. What type of error message are you getting from the Ring app? Do you have a VPN installed on your phone? The Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN, so using one may result in errors when trying to log in.
