I cannot reconnect my phone and I also cannot see my dashboard anymore

I some how disconnected the ability to my dashboard. I can no longer see with the ring camera. It still tells me if someone is there but that is delayed.

If your Ring app is not working correctly to show you your dashboard, try the following steps: - Double-check that your Ring app and phone are up to date with the most recent updates. - Disable any active VPNs on your phone. - If possible, clear the cache and data for the Ring app in your phone settings. - Reboot your phone.
