Hi @rawmacias. There will still be a Neighbors portion in the Ring App, and this cannot be removed. If you wish to not use the Neighbors part of the Ring App, you can adjust the settings so that you do not receive any alerts. Simply tap on the Neighbors option from the Main Menu and then select the gear icon in the top right corner. Here you can edit the Alert and Post Preferences. I hope that helps! :)

The web says to uninstall the neighbors app. My video post is not loading anymore. Signal strength is good. Rebooted the device. Still shows a black screen with the white pinwheel spinning. It also says I disabled comments. I didn’t. The video I starred is still watchable but the neighbors post is black.

Hi @user_536aa4. There is a separate Neighbors app that you can download from the Ring app, but you can also access the Neighbors feed from the Ring app itself. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated. You can do this by uninstalling the Ring app, then reinstalling it from the app store on your phone.
