Cannot edit or share specific Ring video file

I downloaded two videos from the Ring app featuring a bird, intending to edit them together. I’ve run into a problem: I’m unable to edit one of the two videos. When I try, the editing software displays an error message, while the other video works perfectly. Additionally, I’ve noticed that while I can send the video I successfully edited via WhatsApp, I cannot send the other one. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you.

Hi @user_9edfa2. What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app? Are you downloading them on your phone, or computer? Can you share a screenshot of the error you are getting? What device is this? This information will allow me to do a bit more research on this.
