"Camera Preview Unavailable" started happening after app update
I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with my Ring security camera since the November 20 update. Since then, I continuously receive the message “Camera preview unavailable,” and I’m unable to access the live view or use the camera at all.
I’ve already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including deleting and reconnecting the camera, checking and resetting my internet connection, performing a factory reset on the device, and deleting and reinstalling the app. None of these have resolved the issue.
The camera is fairly new, as it was purchased in September, and it suddenly stopped working in November without any apparent cause. Since my internet connection is working properly, I don’t understand what could be causing this problem.
