Camera Motion Zones Setting

I have been having a strange issue with one of my Stick Up Cams (3rd generation). In the app, under Motion Settings where I can draw zones, the visible area that shows is only a very small portion of the entire visible area the camera can actually view and record.I would add a screenshot here to my post so you could see exactly what I'm talking about, but there's no place I see to upload a photo. The entire view of the zone is missing more than 3/4 of my driveway, all of my street, as well as my neighbors. Only the immediate front of my vehicle in the driveway is in this zone view ... nothing else.I actually thought it was the Stick Up cam, so I replaced it the other day with a brand new one, and still same issue. ALL my other Stick Up cams show full view when I create the zones. I'm not understanding WHY this view is so restricted! If anyone can tell me how to add a screenshot to this post here, please let me know!thanks so much!!! UPDATE: I just noticed that all the rest of my Stick Cam's have had their Motion Zones reduced as well! NOT a happy customer right now!

@Justin_Ring ... I just saw your reply, and I didn't realize I had to follow my own post, which I just set up. Thank you for your reply; however, your comment is marked as "Accepted Solution", but this is not an accepted solution. Also Justin, please remove the "Accepted Solution" on my initial post, as I have not accepted the solution because it's not the solution .. thank you! This issue with the almost top third of the visible area to draw the zones has NOT always been this way. I've noticed this "bug" over the last few months on one of my Stick Up Cams (3rd Gen) for months, but not on the other 7 Stick Up Cams until very recently, and am NOT happy, as are the hundreds of other Ring users this is happening too. This is a Ring issue, and it CAN BE FIXED on Ring's end. I've gone through countless posts from Ring owners complaining about this very issue, and apparently Ring "upgraded" their software to make it better for us, when in fact, it made some things worse, but also added some nice features. Ring NEEDS to update the software so that the entire view is available to mark out our Zones, as was previously for years. I'm paying over $100 a year for this service, but it's pretty worthless now because the field of view has been so drastically cut, cutting out EVERY area I was always previously able to have recorded in the Zones. Because Ring "updated" the Motion Zones feature, my cameras no longer record: motion past the front door of my vehicle in my driveway, as well as the rest of my driveway; they no longer record my entire driveway and ALL the people who continually use it to turn around; they no longer record the stranger walking around my home in the middle of the night; they no longer record my mailbox in my driveway so I can catch the thief who's been sniffing through my mail; they no longer record motion of my backyard gate to see who's coming in; they no longer record motion of someone entering my back garage door; they no longer record motion of all my firewood stacks in my back yard, as well as the cord that was just delivered at the back of my driveway; they no longer record most of my back fence, so I cannot catch the little kids climbing over it, into my yard; this list goes on and on and on, and I think you get my point. Everyone has their reasons for having their security cameras on their property, and if I learned anything in life, when someone either complains or brings something of utmost importance to someone's attention, THAT is the MOST important thing in their life at that moment, and this issue IS the most important thing in my life at this particular moment in time. I read that Ring made this change to the battery-operated cameras to avoid the batteries from depleting their charge too quickly. Ring should NOT be making this decision for its customers. All my cameras are attached to solar panels, plus I have a nice stash of spare batteries! I have no problem swapping out low batteries for fully charged batteries every few weeks if the batteries drain too quickly. This should be my choice, not Ring's choice. If it's not broken, don't fix it!!! As paying customers, we should be allowed to choose the features we want to use, depending on the reasons we purchased your Ring cameras in the first place. If we try a new feature and don't like, we should be able to Undo it and go back to the previous feature that worked for us. I've been a Ring customer for several years now, and I even remember when we could set the footage of how far we wanted motion recorded. Why would such a great feature be removed and replaced with a useless Zone view of only around 50% view? I've been a Ring customer for several years now, and the reason I purchased them was for home security and peace of mind ... but not anymore ... Ring took that away from me AND all of its other customers. Ring really needs to have a little more respect for all its customers ... for without its customers, this company would not be in business. Yes, I am furious about this Zone issue, and really hope Ring will fix this sooner than later! If not, who can we, as customers, complain to, who will actually listen and do something about this? Thank you!
