Was there a fix for this? I am having the same issue...for a few months now, Billing History will not load on ANY computer, browser or mobile device.

CHi @user_db1b8b. It was a good idea to try multiple web browsers and devices. If you have a VPN, try turning this off as well. If the issue still persists, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further assistance

I am having the same issue as well. I tried multiple locations, multiple computers, multiple browsers over 3 days and it would not load on any of them.

UI've been having the same problem for several months. I've tried all of the
suggestions but I still am not able to access Billing History. I've had to call Ring and request my Invoices and Receipts each month. This is getting tiring. Why can't Ring clear up this problem?

USame here for months but just for an account used within my business organization. My personal account is just fine. Customer support is not helpful in a resolution; they're only able to send me my invoice and receipt. Doesn't seem like they have any true technical support.

Having the same problem.. have also tried to troubleshoot with every "solution". This is clearly a larger issue, and the only follow-up provided has been to contact them on social media.

Hi @OurStay_Vacations. Make sure the web browser you're using is fully updated, and turn off any VPNs. If you're using web browser extensions, try turning these off as well. I would also recommend trying different web browsers to see if the problem is isolated to a specific browser.
