Authorized user unable to see timeline
My authorized user is unable to see the timeline (snapshots and history slider) upon clicking on the camera from the dashboard. Did this change with the most recent update? I can’t find any setting to allow the user to see the timeline and snapshots. She is only able to start the live view and see alerts using the history listing. Any one else having this issue?

    Hi @MikeSq. Your Shared User will want to make sure they have Event History Timeline enabled under their Account settings. Have them open the Ring App \> Main Menu \> Account \> toggle Event History Timeline on. This should do the trick! :)
