App unable to start constant crashing

Ever since update 5.99, the app is unable to open and immediately crashes. I have disabled VPN, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone and nothing is working. There are other reports of the same issue on the ring subreddit.I have not been able to use the app for about a month. Hi @user_c1f99d. Can you share a short screen recording showing the Ring app's behavior when you try to open it? I am on Ring app version 5.1.00 and iOS version 26.4 and am unable to replicate this.
- After several attempts to remove and install. Ring App keeps crashing. Error: Request adaption failed with error: The operation couldn't be completed. Hi @user_f28a28. Is this happening on an Android or iOS phone? Are you getting that error message when the app crashes? If possible, please share a screenshot or short screen recording of this.
