Very upset with Ring!!!!!

$450 in electricians fees to replace floodlight cam that water keeps getting into lights!
Payed $89 for the light initially!
This will be the 3rd one! Hope this one isn’t defective too!
Ring doesn’t make it easy to talk to someone about this situation. The person who is sending out the replacement said there is nothing they can do! Apparently Ring knows about this water infiltration problem because it’s all over the internet with people having the same problem!!! Do the right thing here Ring if there is anyone from Ring out there who really cares!!!!

Hi @user_3961e1. There aren't any known issues with Ring devices and water ingress. Our devices are water-resistant, but not waterproof. Can you share a picture of where this device is mounted? If this keeps happening, it may be best to move the camera to a location where there is less water exposure.
