Tampered contact and motion sensors not resolved

I had the ring system for more than 2 years now and never had a problem with the exemption when the battery needs changing on the motion or contact sensors. With only one exemption, all of them won't come out of the tampered status anymore, and this although I have followed all steps to reset and re-install, check the closing mechanism etc.Although I am sure it can happen occasionally, I dont understand how all of my sensors with all the troubleshooting are still not working and it continues like that.I actually had to replace them and have now a set of unusable sensors. Is it possible to send them in and get them checked out.
