Shared user not getting push notifications

I have setup a ring alarm with some contact sensors and created a shared account for my wife. My app gets all the push notification for contact closure open/close but my wife's app does not. My wife does get notifications if the base station powers off/ on I tried logging into the app on my wife's device and disabling/enabling all the push notification setting. are there any other steps I can to troubleshoot to get this working? Regards,

Hi @Ransom1337. Make sure the Open and Close Alerts are on for the sensors that you'd like to receive notifications for.
