I ordered two ring panic buttons on Sept. 24, 2025 and for no apparent reason Ring cancels the order without any notifications or reaching out to customer to tell them why. I only knew about the order cancellation because I reached out to customer service and asked. This is a horrible way to do business. And my solution from the representative was to reorder and wait for 7-10 days for the refund of my no notification cancelled order and wait on my new order. What kind of customer service is this? Just to reference for the Ring team my order number is XXXXXX.
