Ring Alarm Devices Missing From Web Interface
For ring web browser view, all the devices are missing from the list for the alarm points (see the screenshot red circle). They are present in the app. I do not have access to the app at work and rely heavily on the web browser interface. I can tell if a device is open (eg door, window, etc) to get after the kids for having the AC on and the sliding door open; as an example. For other reasons too. I've logged out and logged back in, rebooted the base station, to no avail. Please assist and getting these listed again. They are not disconnected, function fine and can be seen in the app.

Hi @ronp854. Fair question. To be honest, decisions were made to remove this feature from the web page. It's not my job to make these decisions, but it is my job to advocate for features that our users want. So once a Feature Request is made, I can then use that data to show that this is a feature that users want implemented.

Hi @ronp854. The Ring Alarm accessories are only accessible on the Ring app. I know how important it can be to access the devices from anywhere, so feel free to add this to our Feature Request Board.
