Hi @user58409. If your Ring Alarm Keypad is not charging, try the following steps:
• Verify the USB cable is correctly inserted into the back of your Keypad.
• Use a different USB cable to see if it starts charging.
• Factory reset your Keypad to see if it starts charging. This Help Center article will guide you on how to reset a Keypad 2nd Gen. This Help Center article will show you how to reset a Keypad 1st Gen.
If you have tried these steps and the Keypad is still not charging, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further assistance.

Hello community,

Same issue here : the keypad does not charge, tried with multiple cables, sockets etc.

After just one year. 

Would you have any advice?
