Hi @Alesampler. The security screw you are referencing has a small spring attached to it. For this reason, you will not likely find it at a hardware store. Hi - I have the same issue, having lost the screw at the bottom of the siren. I just spoke to customer service, and the only fix was to send an entire replacement unit, which although a generous offer, is just very wasteful. They also told me there was no spring at the bottom! Could you tell us the grub screw size/spec, as I am sure they will be just a few pennies from a hardware store? Thanks in advance.
