Massive battery drain and other bugs within last week
troubleshooting

Was there an update to Ring base station or something recently?  And if so, how do I roll that back?

My batteries (Ring Pro, Spotlight cam) started draining several times faster over the last 2 weeks, and my window sensor chirps are ignoring my settings in the app-- instead just defaulting to the chime for everything.  

It's been a great system until very recently.  Nothing about my internet/router have changed over the last 2 years, and this includes multiple batteries-- both old and new.  I do not believe they're all going bad at the same time.  

Also, alerts to my phone have been significantly delayed, both from WiFI or LTE/5G, sometimes several minutes compared to prior performance.  

Assume it was some kind of background firmware update.  Ideas?
