Installing Tegui 75E

Hi, I’m currently installing a Tegui 75E with the Ring Door Alarm. My setup includes a main door and a private room connected to the Tegui system. The installation proceeds smoothly until the final step: The main door is detected correctly (music plays, door opens). However, the private room call is not detected, resulting in error P16-160. Could you provide any guidance or troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue? Thank you for your help!
