Having trouble connecting new ring security
troubleshooting
Hi iv just tried to set up a new ring alarm I was having trouble getting it connect to the Internet and couldn't get it to do anything so I pressed the reset button on the top and now the power light has gone from green to orange and it will not go off or reboot its just staying on a solid orange light can some one please advise

Hi @user_d8932a. If you haven't done so already, please ensure the Base Station is plugged into a working power outlet with the included adapter.
