Hi @user52933. The Alarm Flood and Freeze Sensor is not available in Europe, and I have no information on when or if it will be released there. Since you cannot use it in your region, it's best to return it to where you purchased it using their return policy. I bought it in Amazon because I was told by Ring support that it would work in any country. I guess they were wrong. It's pass the return day for Amazon. What can I do?

Hi @Justin_Ring, can you please clarify when the Flood and Freeze Sensor will actually be available in Europe? It’s been unavailable for a long time and customers here really need a clear timeline. If there’s no plan at all, could you confirm that directly? Thanks.
