We just had a false fire alarm at 210am. The system wouldn't let me stop it from the keypad and the app said nothing was wrong for over a minute, so we had to listen to it screaming unnecessarily. In reviewing the app after walking the house and property, the only place it shows anything happened in the history was the base station. The fire alarm wasn't triggered and shows no history of an alarm, none of them do.

This is the first time this has happened. No changes in our placement or system. After reviewing the ring forums, I have a feeling it's not the last. Ring and First Alert don't play well after awhile? And neither company wants to fix their issues? The solution will have to include removal of the link between the two. Makes that part if the system useless, now doesn't it.
