Door chime not working
My door chime isn’t workingIt was working one day, and then not the next day.It is connected to my account (however showing off line) I have all of my settings set up correctly.It’s plugged in, but not lighting up.I’ve tried a reset, but this hasn’t worked either.I’ve tried to set it up as a new device, but no joy with this.When setting up as a new device, it says to wait for the green light to flash-the light doesn’t even come on, it doesn’t matter how many times I’ve triedDoes anyone have any ideas what I should be doing next ?

Hi @user_c62232. Have you tried different outlets for the Chime? Try performing a reset of the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. If this doesn't help, please send us a message on Facebook or X @Ring for more assistance. Thank you.
