Complaint. Runaround from Ring for replacement items

I am getting a runaround from Ring for nearly two months,They sent a partial (incompletez0 shipment with one incorrect part but never sent the entire shipment despite repeated calls.I have requested a telephone number to lodge a complaint but have received nothing,Now I have neceived an email saying I need to give them another delivery address and failure to do so will end the issue.I replied with my house address and the UPS store address which is the normal shipping address.I got na notice back that the email was undelivered.I need help!Thank you,Richard
