Alarm keypad gen 2 distorted noisy

During normal use the gen.2 keypad suddenly became much louder and very noisy and the words are distorted and crackly. Everything else seems to function normally.

Hi @ronenpet. Try resetting your Ring Alarm Keypad using the troubleshooting steps here. That should reset the audio settings to default, and hopefully resolve this issue. If it doesn't, you can contact our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further troubleshooting assistance.
