- UHi Tom, yes Ring alarm system. the base station is about 20 ft from the lock. android phone, ring app 3.60.1 thank you Dean•

CHi @user82928. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting steps previously shared in this thread. I had to call support on this issue. To put the Yale lock into a pairing mode so ring can find it, you need to go into your Yale app and connect to the lock. Then go to settings. This is the gear symbol at the bottom right. Yale support says to then look for a Yale Smart Module option. I had to select setup wifi network and then smart module. In that menu you will find what you need to place the lock into a pairing mode.
