I have a wall mount sensor that is plugged into power. I received a low battery notice in my Ring app but I cannot see where the battery would be located. I tried to see if I could remove the face plate but it does not seem like it is possible. There are no screws and nothing to indicate there is a battery. The back of the sensor notes it is a Z-Wave S2. DSN: G7Q1CX03138403BJAny advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi @user_12d1d4. Could you please tell me the Product Name as it appears in the Device Health menu of the Ring App? I'm unsure of what specific device a "Walk Mount Sensor" could be, as it is similar sounding to a few different devices we have. You can also just share a picture of the device here, if that is easier. Thank you.
