Video doorbell 2nd generation.

Video doorbell 2nd generation. I did contact support and they said it is outdated and they do not have the terminal screws for this model and told me to order from Amazon. I ordered a kit from Amazon and the terminal screw did not fit.

Hi @user_42f269. I would suggest taking your device to a local hardware store and finding the correct screw for it. Usually, there are associates at the store capable of helping you with this task.
