Even after follow the Ring process I did not get two cameras to re-connect to my WiFi I am so frustrated may I buy other brand

Hi @user_2d1e15. Which model of Ring Camera are we working with? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. What happens when you try to reconnect your cameras to wifi? Are you getting an error message in the Ring app?
