Hi @ryanjohnb. In the Ring app, do you see a Monitor Settings tile under the Sump Pump Monitor? If you don't, could you please share a screenshot of what options you do see?

@ryanjohnb Thanks for sharing. I do see that the Alerts toggle is on, which should be the toggle that controls notifications on your phone. Do you have any other Ring devices that you receive push notifications from? If you go back to the Ring app dashboard, navigate to Settings > Alert Settings, do you see any options here?
