I am currently on the phone with support and need a battery cover for my stick-up camera. I have been on the line for 50 minutes. The rep told me it doesn't exist, and I gave them the barcode (842861105025). She then said ohhh, it does exist, but we can not send it to you because your device is out of warranty, and I can not purchase it. She told me to search Amazon. I have 2 flood light cameras, 2 ring door bells, 6 stick up cameras, a solar powered panel, and 4 ring light bulbs, all with their yearly membership, and was about to purchase the solar walkway lights. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused.  I can not believe the poor service and that a part that probably costs a few bucks can not be provided for purchase to customer!!!
