Solar Panel Not Working
The solar panel that I purchase for my ring spotlight cam back in July 2023 is no longer working. We've changed out the battery twice in the last few weeks, we've clean the terminals and we've wiped down the unit. It no longer charges. I made the purchase on Amazon and I have the Ring Pro plan.

apparently Ring did an update of some kind that may have booted existing chargers to the curb. have not seen admission of this but both of my charges stopped working at the same time. Different cameras and different locations...
Try this: Reset all your power settings back and forth as if you are just getting the solar set up and it might come back to life like Both of mine seem to have.

Hi @user_cff7df. Ensuring the solar panel is clean and clear of any dirt or debris was a good troubleshooting step to take. I would also suggest rebooting the Spotlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app. After the reboot, check that the solar panel is properly connected to the Spotlight Cam, and that it is receiving several hours of direct sunlight per day.
