Solar panel not working??

I got a solar panel for my 2nd generation ring...im not sure what is going on, but my ring was at 14% ..why isn't my solar Panel working?

I have a similar problem. Purchased 3 panels for my cameras, all connected but one is not charging. on the others the connected message is green but not on the the one that is not working. Battery is at 67%/
