The 3 small solar panels at the top of octagonal sign have a shiny film peeling off after 2 years of use. Are those protective films that I should have peeled off when I got it or just a material failure? Thx in advance!

Hi @user_259353. It's possible it was protective film that wasn't removed at the time the sign was installed. Have you noticed any issues with the sign otherwise? If it appears that the solar panels aren't able to charge due to this, I'd recommend following up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to see what options are available.
