Ring Chime Pro 2nd Gen
my ring chime Pro has never really worked. It will connect and then just a few minutes later disconnect as if it was never set up. I have reconnected it numerous times and it just will not stay connected. For a long time I thought it was me that was making the error so I'm sure it's past its warranty, but it has never worked from the start. I ended up buying a second one and it works great. Will Ring replace this one? I know my Ring account will show that it has never stayed connected and that I do in fact, have two of them.
