Ring Chime not working
My ring chime not working! No green light even after holding for 15 secs. I have tried different plugs and nothing happens.

Hi @user_99bceb. Plugging the Chime into a different outlet and resetting it are the main troubleshooting steps I would have suggested. Since your Chime is still unresponsive, please follow up with our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
