Ring Chime 2nd Gen - Cannot configure
Hi everyone.I have a Ring Chime 2nd Gen for sometime now, and all of a sudden, it went offline. Ever since this happened, I followed the reset process thousands of times, changed places, different wifi networks, and always end up with the same error:"Hmm. Something went wrong.Sometimes, devices just don't want to connect to the internet. To solve this, tap Try Again.If that doesn't work, try restarting your Wi-Fi router.If this continues, you may need to change settings on your router or modem"I've tried ring chat support but AI answers are no different than chatbots in 2020 and keep telling me to reset or how to install the doorbell with a hardwire...when I'm raising a problem about the chime. The Support phone number does not work in Portugal...this is just unbearable support.I've read some similar issues in the community, and followed some advices that also did not work. You are my only hope at this point. I'm about to throw my doorbell, 4 cameras and alarm all to the trash (or sell it).Thank you so much for any help.
