Ring cam Shows online but can’t go live
troubleshooting

My Ring Spotlight Cam Plus worked fine for a couple of weeks then suddenly stopped. It shows on the app that it is online but the blue light on the front is not turning on, and the cam can’t go live when I try from the app.Few things to note:- The WiFi did not change and it is strong- The camera is wired and I tried the power to another device and it is working.- I tried to reset the camera from the top button but some time a red light blinks for a while then goes away and some time a blue light blinks then goes away. In all cases, there is no light at all after the reset attempts.Anyone can help on this ?

    Hi @user_5fb3cb. Can you use the Live View on Ring.com? Does this devices show any videos in the Event History? Try going through the Set Up A Device option with this device and reconnect it to wifi. When you press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, what light patterns do you see? Thanks for this information.
