Bought this unit and after watching every video about it I could find there still was no useful information about how to charge or install it. Wasted an hour watching videos, then had to chat with AI for 15 minutes before reaching a human. Then, the support person had to send a link about this unit which she could identify only after I uploaded a picture of the unit's back panel. Ring ought to be better than this. Put a URL or QR code specifically for a unit on the unit so the consumer doesn't have to hunt and peck online to try to figure out how to use YOUR product. Once again, corporations shift work to the consumer.
