Retrofit Kit

I ordered an alarm kit which included the retrofit device and Ring sent a partial shipment without the retrofit kit. Upon doing some homework, it appears the retrofit kit may be difficult to get along with some comments that this device is being phased out. Anyone know the story on the retrofit kit?

Hi @user_548874. Was this an order from Ring.com, or another authorized retailer? I can't look at your specific order, but it isn't uncommon for devices to come in multiple shipments across multiple days. Sometimes items can some from different locations, so multiple packages/delivery dates happen. What does your email with tracking information say about this?
