Power to ChimePro, hear voice, but no blue logo flash, even with reset

ChimePro stopped working. Power outlet is good. I hear the recorded instructions via the speaker on the ChimePro. The blue ring doesn't glow after pressing button on side. Yet I hear the voice updating status.

- UNo it’s not a chime pro it’s a generation 2 chime. I have tried everything possible according to your site plus I’ve called the support centre but they’re closed. It’s 7pm EST and they say it closes at 8pm?? This will be the second time of calling them but they go through the exact same things I have tried. My chime flashes Green then I go through connection on the app. It will get to 95% then ask me not to cancel despite me doing nothing at all. Says it’s taking a long time and to make a coffee. Then stops and says try again. I only purchased this a short time ago, do your chimes not last very long?? Is it worth the money if only lasting a year or two? With the monthly charges on top, it’s working out to be expensive for a pensioner. Not a happy one either as I need to see and hear who is at my door. Without the chime I cannot hear the bell ring. It’s pointless if it doesn’t work.•
