PLEASE PLEASE help me find the correct solar charger for the Ring Battery Doorbell.
Device health calls it a Battery Doorbell but what I ordered won’t work. I have gone through online manuals and have called support 3 times and they either don’t understand my question or they tell me to search what I’ve already been searching for the past 3 hours. I just need to know the correct solar charger for a Ring Battery Doorbell model 5F97F2. This should be simple. I’m really ready to send the Ring devices back and go with another company.
