New chime not working

I have an issue on my new 2nd Gen door chime. I have tried on numerous occasions to reset, WiFi is working fine, chime is next to router and I still get the "connected to WiFi but not the internet" losing the will now with this device. The previous one worked fine, I just want to connect ant it to work, not interested in n changing ISP or whatever.

    Hi @user_4cdbfa. Can you share a screenshot of the message you're receiving regarding the connection? Is your wifi router dual-band, with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? The Ring Chime (2nd Gen) is only compatible with 2.4GHz networks.
