Moved property

I have moved into a property that has Ring security spotlights installed, but I am unable to transfer them to my account. There is no visible barcode, and I am unable to get in touch with the previous owner. How can I add them to my account? It has been almost 2 months of trying.

    Hi @user_f47d16. To initiate the device ownership transfer process, you will need to attempt to set up the Ring devices in your account. I am not sure which specific model of Spotlight Cam this is, but you may need to remove the camera's mount to uncover the QR code. We have a 3D model for the Spotlight Cam Plus you can look at here, if that helps.
